The work up close
Lawyers for Justice
The law is the ultimate equalizer.
Lawyers for Justice is a plaintiff's firm that takes on employers and corporations for workers, consumers and injury victims. Its advertising had always said what the firm does. It had never said why. We asked its founder to tell us.
Edwin Aiwazian was born in Iran, and his family did not simply pack up and fly to America. They left because they had to. They arrived with nothing but a willingness to work. His parents took blue-collar jobs, several at a time, and were taken advantage of by employers who knew they had no recourse. He decided that one day he would be that voice.
Founder Story is a two-minute film built entirely around that account, in his own words, with nothing performed. We wrote it with him, shot it with him, and cut it so that the firm's scale arrives only after the reason for it: more than fifty attorneys, over a hundred legal professionals, and more than $1.5 billion recovered for hundreds of thousands of people across California and beyond.
The film became the anchor of the firm's digital presence, the piece every other spot, cut-down and social post could point back to. It is the same craft we bring to a studio trailer, aimed at a company with a story that deserved it: find the emotion, then build everything else around it.
